Our Community
We are fourteen new, modern design homes built by Shadow Mountain Homes in Meridian, Idaho. Our exteriors are unique and our interiors are modern elegant. Our residents range from their twenties to recent retirees, all of whom are great neighbors.

We will post events and notices that are of interest to Caldera Canyon homeowners.
Newly elected HOA Board Member, Cody McClintick, will be activating the irrigation system, activating the newly installed City water hose bibs at each home and setting the system controls and entrance sprinkler timer.
A most successful first Annual Meeting of the Members was held on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024 with many of the homeowners present. A new Board was elected, and other business addressed.
